Barring prior arrangement, all services must be paid for in advance. Your options are:

• Include a personal, or cashier's, check with your request.
• Fax the completed request form, and then mail the check with a copy of the request form.
  (There is no need to fax us a copy of the check, thanks.)
• Include your Visa, Mastercard or Discover information on the request form, in the payment section. Make sure to include the expiration date.
• You can call us with your Visa, Mastercard or Discover information.
• And you can always stop by and bring us cash.
